Where do you ship?
We ship our gifts anywhere in the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and take 1-5 business days to ship via UPS ground shipping, depending on the shipping location.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options via UPS, including 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Orders placed with expedited shipping before 10am PST will be sent out the same day (with the exception of orders placed on Sundays).
Can fresh flowers be shipped?
Unfortunately fresh flowers cannot be shipped and are available for local delivery only in the greater Los Angeles area.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the greater Los Angeles area Monday through Saturday.
Simply input the delivery zip code at checkout to confirm and see pricing.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be possible, depending on the circumstances.

When is the cut-off for next-day delivery?
Next-day delivery orders must be placed by 9pm PST.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We deliver between the hours of 10am and 5pm.
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time, but if you have a request we will do our best to accommodate. Just email us at hello@all-the-best.co.
What is the local delivery fee?
Our local delivery fees range between $15 and $45, depending on the distance from our studio.

What if my gift cannot be delivered?
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please provide us with as much information as possible. If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll carefully place the gift or flowers in a safe, shaded spot and follow up with a text to the recipient with number provided.
In the rare event that we’re unable to deliver your gift or flowers, we’ll return them to our studio and schedule another delivery attempt for the following day, subject to an additional fee.
Here are some common reasons we may be unable to complete a delivery:
- Gated homes or apartments without an access code
- Incorrect address details from the sender
- No safe location to leave the gift or flowers
Do you offer pickup?
Yes! We offer pickup from our studio in Pasadena, California. Please contact us at hello@all-the-best.co if you are interested in pickup.

Do you offer custom gift boxes?
Yes! If you would like a special selection of items, please reach out to us at hello@all-the-best.co.
Can I customize my floral arrangement or bouquet?
If you have a special request for your florals, such as color or style, please email us at hello@all-the-best.co and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I place an order for multiple recipients?
Unfortunately, our system will only allow orders to be shipped or locally delivered to one recipient at at time. If you would like to place an order to two or more recipients, please place a separate order for each. For bulk orders, please get in touch.
What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
If you need need to modify or cancel an order that you recently placed, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been fulfilled, we will do our best to accommodate.

Substitution Policy
Although uncommon, items in your gift box are subject to change based on availability. In the rare case that this happens, the item will be replaced by one of equal or greater value.
